01General Terms & Conditions

02Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on Crizzy Time, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use of another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Please notify customer support immediately if any of your personal details change.

Withdrawal access may be limited until the verification process is complete. Crizzy Time reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Crizzy Time supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Deposited funds must be used exclusively for gaming activities.

• If a specific match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

06Prohibited Activities

• Sharing or selling your account to another user.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Crizzy Time reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Users may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any valid balance will be returned after verification is completed.
